The empanadas were fried to perfection! The bread had a touch of sweetness that sort of gives you corn bread vibes. The shredded chicken was super juicy and full of flavor! I must say they were so fulfilling! I was stuffed after the first one but the flavor was soooo delicious that I had to dig into the second one. I did end up saving half of the second one for a late night snack. I warmed mine up in the oven to bring the crisp back to bread, and it was just as good as the first round! Warmed up very well!
